Back-End Engineer

We are looking for a Back-End Engineer with business and technical experience to participate in building the next generation . As a Back-End Engineer, you will be a part of multifunctional teams who build creative solutions to complex problems. You will have access to a wide range of resources to guide analysis and development.

المهارات
Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related technical fields

· Previous work experience as a full-time Back-end developer working on production-level systems

· Experience in one or more of the popular backend frameworks

· Knowledge of Relational and Non-relational databases (as an example: PostgreSQL and MongoDB)

· Experience in designing and scaling REST APIs

· Ability to collaborate with others on software projects using GitHub

· Ability to write readable and testable well-structured code

· Proven track record of software projects on a source code repository

· Comfort in reading and understanding others’ code

· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Able to work with autonomously and in ambiguous situations

· Advanced written and spoken communication skills

· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Sense of ethics, accountability, and good judgment

· Experience with technical products

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in ExpressJS and/or Ruby on Rails

· Experience with Cloud services such as AWS or Azure

· Experience with CI/CD pipeline and working with containers and container management (Docker, Kubernetes)

· Experience in system optimization and scalability
