Purpose of Function:
Attract talent from inside and outside the Kingdom and provide employment needs in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Follow up with the accepted candidates.
Conduct interviews with candidates for vacant positions.
Attract talent from inside and outside the Kingdom.
Dealing with foreign recruitment offices to attract talent.
Participation in recruitment platforms.
Maintaining the company’s scope in Saudization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Preferable in food & Beverages.
The middle level of experience is from 2 to 4 years in the hiring field.

Required Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
2. Good communication skills, organizational skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
3. Full knowledge of Excel.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
5. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with a positive can-do attitude.
Required Languages:
1. English
