• Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, beverages, espresso, or tea, etc.

• Clean and disinfect work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Check the temperature of freezing, refrigerators and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that may appeal to them.
