الوصف الوظيفي Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department and ensure safe and efficient operations and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Managing receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatch operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures. · Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, along with the safety officer. · Controls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts; reconciling with the data storage system. · Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new storage layouts, inspecting equipment, and requesting repairs. · Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; · Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. · Maintains Storage goods quality and cooling system best condition. · Control operational cost and planning for annual Budget · Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed · Ensures the internal and external client requirements are met in keeping with service level agreement obligations. · Ensures effective resource utilization. · Provides adequate Root Cause Analysis for warehouse incidents/accidents eliminated causes. · Reviews Operations Reports and KPIs. · Coordinates with various departments within the organization to fulfill the requirements · Any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time. المهارات Advanced Organization Skills Advanced Computer Skills Time Management Skills English & Arabic Skills Advanced Communication Skills Excellent Knowledge of WMS Leadership Skills Cold Chain, FMCG Experience Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
