الوصف الوظيفي 2-Gives timely and constructive feedback on documents all corrective counseling including but not limited to Medical Record. 3-Attends meetings as appropriate and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction. 4-Shares in departmental staff meetings and maintain minutes of all meetings. 5-Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices. 6-Represents KH in a positive and professional manner in the community 7-Develops thorough understanding of KH policies and procedures and effectively participates in its execution. 8-Identifies and treat communication problems related to language and speech. 9- Works with patients of all ages, seek to improve communication skills through vocal exercises and cognitive therapies. 10-Gives patients treatment in articulation, language, fluency, or resonance disorder, which prevents them from either being understood or understanding others. 11-Identifies children’s developmental speech and communication difficulties/disorders. 12- Assesses/treating and communication difficulties which may arise from a variety of causes, e.g. congenital problems (such as cleft palate) or acquired disorders after a stroke or injury. 13-Devises, implements and revises relevant treatment programs. 14- Writes and maintains confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for clients, careers and other professionals. 15- Manages a caseload taking account of priority cases, waiting lists, successful outcomes, referral and discharge of service users. 16- Works with others to improve the effectiveness of service delivery. 17- Conducts personal development reviews with colleagues. 18- Supports/supervises newly qualified speech and language therapists and speech and language 19- Sets organizational and personal objectives. 20-Sets organizational and personal objectives. 21- Plans and delivers training sessions. 22- Contributes to the implementation and evaluation of projects and developments. 23-Manage patients who suffer from certain vocal disorders 24-Provide speech therapy sessions designed for individual’s needs 25-Assist patients with disorders to learn proper swallowing techniques 26-Counsel patients and families on how to cope with communication disorders 27-Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”. المهارات Experience: Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Council Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
