Responsibilities:
Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
Calculate end of services, bonuses, and allowances
Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a system
Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Report on payroll expenses
Enter new employees’ data into internal databases
Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions
المهارات
Requirements:
3-5 years work experience as Payroll Specialist or Payroll Officer
Saudi nationality
Bilingual Competency in English – Arabic languages
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
Very good knowledge of labor regulations of the field
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
BSc in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
