الوصف الوظيفي •Assist Development Managers in developing design briefs as needed •Contribute to the scope definition of the Design Architect and the technical evaluation of bids (if required), liaise with the Development Manager for scoping the design responsibilities of the PMC and conducting technical evaluation, and review the technical evaluation conducted by the PMC for design subcontractor bids (if required) •Coordinate with Government Relations regarding required permits or authority approvals and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements •Ensure that all architecture and interior design submissions by the Design Architects and GC/PMC are in line with the project’s development brief and asset business plan as well as ACCL’s architectural and interior design and HSE standards, and recommend changes if necessary •Coordinate with Development & Feasibility, Operations, Leasing, and Marketing for architecture and interior design input and comments on submissions across all design stages (on the Design and Handover Committee) •Ensure the logging of all design changes in coordination with the GC/PMC and the communication of these changes to Development Managers to reflect their impact on business plans and forecasts •Review selected materials and finishing in coordination with the Dev. Manager and consultants in line with project theme •Coordinate with MEP and Structural & Civil to carry out design modifications for interfaces of building structures •Oversee the development of value engineering ideas to cut costs/time and provide recommendations to the project mgr. •Assist Development Managers during design and execution with all design related issues •Perform final review and approve mall architecture and interior design mock ups for final implementation •Develop and continuously improve ACCL’s architectural and interior design themes, guidelines, and standards •Ensure regular site visits by Architecture & Design and Interior and their collaboration with project manager in identifying and flagging architectural issues and potential value engineering initiatives •Perform the role of Design Manager if required •Develop pre-concept and concept designs when required Review media sales guidelines, as well as and design and placement of all event and shopper experience collateral and المهارات •Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent is required •Technical post-graduate degree is preferred Experience •5+ years of experience of real estate design, with at least 3 years in senior design management position •Proven experience in shopping center design •Deep exposure to KSA or the GCC region and adjacent markets preferred Competencies •Extensive experience in architecture and interior design •Excellent design capabilities •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Excellent planning skills •Strong vendor management skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/architect-manager-4445077/ |
