Servisco - Ahmed Khaled Jawa Shipping Co.is looking for an experienced operations and traffic manager with past experience in managing import and local operations department. Candidates will be required to:
Manage import, export and local operations teams to improve organization processes and achieve SLT objectives.
Set and achieve KPI for operations & traffic departments
Report and present updates, highlight achievements and risks to SLT in monthly trade review
Work with existing company departments to drive efficiency and synergies
Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new service opportunities for new & existing clients.
Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Drive profitability via introduction of supplier qualification and registration processes
Increase compliance with customer registration processes
Maintain professional and technical knowledge in the Industry.
