الوصف الوظيفي •Conduct structural and civil design reviews after review of Structural & Civil (Junior) to ensure that designs meet the project requirements and ACCL’s design standards while adhering to local regulations and applicable standards •Assist with the scoping of design activities and technical evaluation of bids (if required) •Coordinate with MEP and Architectural & Interior to carry out structural design modifications for interfaces of building structures as required •Assist Structural & Civil (Junior) in periodic management of all structural consultants when required •Oversee detailed engineering drawing reviews and follow up with project team progress to monitor that construction progress is aligned with technical drawings •Ensure regular site visits and collaborate with project managers in identifying and flagging technical structural issues, solving project implementation technical issues by attending coordination meetings, proposing and validating viable technical workarounds •Oversee the identification of possible value engineering ideas to cut costs/time and simplify delivery, in coordination with project teams •Oversee the logging of all design changes in coordination with the GC/PMC •Liaise with Development Management to reflect any design changes in asset business plans and forecasts •Liaise with Government Relations to ensure the issuance of all required government permits and construction licenses •Assist Project Managers during design and execution with all design related issues •Develop and continuously improve ACCL’s MEP structural and civil engineering standards •Support Architecture & Interior Design in developing pre-concept and concept design when required •Assess relevant variation order requests from PMC or GC and validate the request if justified المهارات •Bachelor degree in Structural or Civil Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required •Technical post-graduate degree is preferred Experience •5+ years of experience of real estate design, with at least 3 years in senior design management position •Proven experience in shopping center design •Deep exposure to KSA or the GCC region and adjacent markets preferred Competencies •Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards •Excellent design capabilities •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Excellent analytical skills •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/civil-engineer-4445073/ |
