Read and Collect machine condition information from the production and mechanical department logbook
Distribution of maintenance work to mechanic according to priority
Motivation and Training of technicians for safety, discipline, performance & maintenance cost reduction
Daily visual check of all running equipment and machine
Breakdown job supervision
Follow up shop floor maintenance job’s
Follow up Preventive maintenance checklist, vibration and SPM reports Incoming spare parts inspection for approval
Prepare minimum spares stock list, prepare PRF to maintain minimum spares stock in stores
Follow up critical spares with the purchasing department
Register all breakdown problems and study to avoid in future
Collecting and registering all of the technical specifications and spare information for the machines
Register pending job’s, prepare monthly shut plane and execute the same
Study development issues for the better run ability of machines and to reduce downtime
New modification job’s planning and execution
Study to develop spares locally to reduce the maintenance cost
Monitoring the history card of every critical machine
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
2-5 years of experience working in engineering
Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products
Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
