الوصف الوظيفي · To develop and implement policies and procedures to provide an effective employee relations service and to encourage harmonious industrial relations in the organization. · Aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. · Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. · Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition. Responsibilities · Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to promote effective communication between management and staff and to encourage harmonious industrial relations. · Supervise employee relations staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards. · Plan and organize the effective communication of all personnel policies to employees. · Fully manage all administrative items for our office · Manage the office relocation project. · Responsible about completing all HR related items like the training completion, evaluations, and surveys. · Manage the T&A;system and ensure the overall commitment to the company’s policy. · Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputation with high public officials and their staff. · Immediately interfere, support, and solve any issue related to government if it needs a support from government main office · Manage and oversee processes relating to Governmental issues concerning employees (issuance of business visas, visit visas, exit-re-entry visas, renewals of work permits, and Iqamas · Ensure properly managing all General Affairs (GA) related items like building contracts, office management, office maintenance, houses and compound management, and external agencies like insurance and travel. · Carry out all necessary research to provide information to support negotiations on pay and conditions. · Advise managers on all aspects of employee relations and on the interpretation of joint agreements. · Support managers at disciplinary or grievance hearings, or in the event of collective disputes or industrial action Maintain up-to-date knowledge about employment law as it relates to employee relations. المهارات Background/Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years of directly related experience is required. - MBA in HR or equivalent with 6-9 year experience a plus. · Previous experience with Workday is desirable, however not necessary · Good knowledge of employment law · Thorough knowledge of all employment terms and conditions · Prior experience managing project team and vendors · Strong analytical skills and proven ability to measure effectiveness of development · Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals, groups, and other organizational units to carry out the goals of HR function · Global experience desired · A strong team orientation and a dedication to the success of the team’s objectives. · Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Develop CIPD, or SHRM – is preferred · Fluent in Arabic and English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/head-hr-4436345/ |
