Conditions for hiring as below:
• Very Professional in User Support
• Good knowledge of System’s Administration
• Basic knowledge of Network devices and configuration
• Basic knowledge Cisco CUCM (IP Phone System)
• Basic knowledge of Cisco Wireless controller
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Flexible in office timing even support after office hours and weekends if required on only emergency cases.
