الوصف الوظيفي The Hotel Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. He should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the hotels’ GM and other stakeholders. Responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD’s) and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Hotel Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures. PLEASE TO MAKE SURE BEFORE APPLYING THAT YOUR EXPERIENCE AT LEAST ARE COMPATIBLE WITH A-IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS A-IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS · Proven experience as a HOTEL MANAGER FOR 5+ YEARS · Total-experience in HOTEL INDUSTRY 15+ YEARS · MANAGE HOTEL CAPACITY NOT LESS THAN 300 ROOMS · B-IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS Education: A university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing, or re-positioning a hotel with a clear track record. Excellent computer system skills. Experience / Qualifications: At least 15-20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience, ideally including experience in remote locations.
