Trainee Technical Support

Job Summary:

Development, maintenance and support of Zahid’s network and infrastructure services.

Principal Accountabilities:

Work closely with Technical Support personal.

Managing/monitoring the performance of the network and hardware and recommend to management any required changes, to ensure consistent performance of all network components.

Managing/monitoring infrastructure service (DNS, proxy servers, DHCP…etc)

Job Requirements:

Education :

University Degree in Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Networking or equivalent certificate

Experience:

Minimum 1 Years of Experience in Networking

المهارات
Basic Windows-based OS Installation and Configuration skills

PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office

Basic Network Troubleshooting skills

Ability to understand the situation quickly and take appropriate action.

Committed to ensuring timely quality services.

Excellent communication skills

Language :

Fluency in both English and Arabic
