Basic Function:
Within the mission, vision and values of Saudi Arabian National Guard-Health Affairs, lead, manage and oversee the activities of the assigned Nursing departments by assuming 24-hour accountability; oversee clinical nursing performance and priority setting underpinned by the development of policy, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
Essential:
Registered Nurse with a current nursing license
Bachelor Degree (Western standard) - essential
Master’s Degree in Nursing/ Management - essential
Minimum ten (10) years clinical nursing experience which includes five (5) years of comparable managerial capacity
High level English language skills
Computer skills: Proficient
