الوصف الوظيفي · Maintains Maintenance Planner. · Maintains vehicle files. · Track vehicle and equipment daily check sheets. · Allocates daily work plans to Mechanics. · Prepare job cards and issues to Mechanics. · Keep equipment available for use by ensuring staff correctly complete preventive maintenance schedules. · Coordinate outsourced repairs at competitive cost. · Coordinate vehicle rescue if unable to repair at the roadside. · Coordinate with AMD and purchasing departments at all depots. · Ensure warranty work is carried out and costs followed up. · Ensure work areas are clean, safe & tidy at all times. · Advise Operations Manager of high cost repairs and prepares report to justify. · Liaison with the Transport and operations Managers. · Complete and circulate daily reports. · Negotiate with suppliers for sourcing local parts at the best rates. المهارات § Understanding of AMD procedures § Good understanding of vehicle types § Good knowledge of Diesel engines and repairs § Technical understanding of Handling equipment § Good command of English Verbal / Written § Ability to verbally communicate issues and concerns § Physically fit and able to perform to a productive standard § Ability to work and maintain Supervision § Team Player § Understanding of impact on customer service and the needs of the Business. § Good standard of personal presentation تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/maintenance-supervisor-4405105/ |
