The primary purpose of this role is to support and lead a variety of strategic efforts inclusive of playing a pivotal role in building annual / long-term strategic plans through a challenging task of identifying strategic business opportunities for our existing Business Unit in order to generate and increase revenues and will be spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of all business units.
Responsible for the development and oversight of the business’s corporate strategies in order to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage by playing a key role in strategy formulation, collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders in accordance with KSA vision 2030.
Responsible for identifying the new business opportunities, profit improvement opportunities and support the current businesses to diversify.
This role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature with exceptional networking skills.
Developing and executing Business Units strategies, work on their business plan and generate business growth organically.
Deep knowledge of Vision 2030 and National Transformation Programs and build the BUs strategies based on it and seek the new opportunities with government and private sectors. Align the strategy with the Vision 2030, National Transformation Program (NTP) and the Group strategy.
Understanding the market and monitoring the market for information and creative trends (networking with major players, attending industry functions and events, and monitoring industry publications and research) to keep abreast with the local and global competition.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending investments for organic growth.
Work closely with BUs and CEO on designing and implementing BD initiatives focusing organic growth.
Provide direction, guidance to the businesses to ensure alignment with the Vision 2030 and the Group’s strategies.
Provide input to the company’s strategic planning and develop, deliver and monitor their business development plans.
Serve as a lead facilitator both internal and external BD projects.
Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
Develop a business development culture across all companies that will foster change and innovation.
Prepare the annual business plan, as well as prepare the annual work plan, analytical and performance reports as required for the CEO and Board purposes.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate, market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

Consulting/business analysis of Strategic planning, corporate finance and risk management models and tools, contemporary management thinking/innovations.
Deep knowledge of Vision 2030 and National Transformation Programs.
Advance knowledge in global industries and subsidiaries.
Bilingual preferred (Arabic & English) and preferably Saudi National
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Similar qualification from renowned university; MBA is an advantage
Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst is a plus.
At least 15 years of overall experience with 8+ years in a senior managerial or leadership role;
Multi-Year work experience in Saudi Arabia in Strategy implementation, Joint venture projects execution and Business Development.
