Job brief
We are looking for a Web and Application Programming Manager to build and maintain functional web pages and applications.
Web and Application Programming Manager Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, refining website specifications and resolving technical issues.
To be successful in this role, Should have extensive experience building web pages and application programming from scratch and excellent knowledge of the programming languages.
Ultimately, you will ensure our web pages and applications are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs.

Ø Job Responsibilities

· Understand client requirements and system requirements for new websites and applications and how they translate in web and application features.

· Prioritize web and application development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members.

· Write or review code for various applications.

· Perform and run functionality testings and web debug code before launch

· Oversee web and application developers and evaluate their performance.

· Collaborate with the team to set specifications for new web and applications.

· Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites.

· Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Ø Job Requirements

Desired skills:

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Team leader or Web and Application Programming Manager or relevant role.

· Expertise in programming language, such as OOP, PHP / MYSQL, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XHTML., Flutter.

· Expertise in hosting account management, such as Google Cloud, Godaddy.

· Experience in designing and building web and applications.

· In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools.

· Excellent understanding of web and application programming principles.

· A team leader with excellent communication and team management skills.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

· Great attention to detail and time-management skills.

· Fluency in English language is a must.

· BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field.

Certified web and application developer is a plus.
