الوصف الوظيفي -Has strong knowledge in cooking of assign Filipino cuisine and other cuisine assignment such Western Menu -Responsible for planning the quantity of food to be prepared for the coming shift. -Control wastage and record/report all wastage -Guarantee that fresh and dry products are being used and stored as per the FIFO procedure. -Ensure temperature records and food labeling are maintained and up to date. -Ensure that all equipment are kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the central kitchen’s preventative maintenance programs. -Continuously check that products preparation are stored in proper labeled containers at the appropriate temperatures. -Follow HACCP and other safety and quality control measures throughout the production process. -Stay updated on all company’s daily formulas including fixed food menu items.
