الوصف الوظيفي • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments, and goals. • Directly involved in the definition of the project scope, working with department planners and clients to prepare the project’s business case and the budget request. • Develops and submits the construction project charter for final approval before the project execution. • Works closely with FM teams during the planning and design stage and conducts constructability reviews. • Works closely with the procurement department during the tender stage and facilitates the answers to any technical queries raised by contractors. • Facilitates contractor’s site visits during the bid process. • Ensure that the contractor has all contract documents and the most up-to-date design documents and construction documents as-built drawings. • Defines project tasks and resource requirements. • Supervises all activities of the project and ensures compliance to all plans and specifications and identifies any errors in plans and ensures the optimal working of construction personnel. • Familiar with FIDIC type contracts and contract administration, act as the Engineer/Owner representative and respond to contractor’s claims. • Evaluates selects and adapts construction management and control techniques, procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks and devices and implements solutions to problems encountered. • Acts as the primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the projects between the contractor, client, and other stakeholders. • Monitors the progress of construction against the program and takes steps to avoid delays. • Places an emphasis on safe construction practices (zero-incident) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. • Leads by example in driving safe practices on site. • Ensures that software and systems required for the administration of the project construction supervision are appropriate and up to date. • Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools. • Uses Primavera and/or Microsoft Project to track milestones, manage critical path, and float on tasks to aid in change order management, claims, progress payments, and site deliveries, • Uses effective project management and control systems to regularly report on progress to clients and stakeholders, defining project progress, problems/issues, and proposed solutions. • Resolves stakeholder’s questions within the required timeframe and provides assistance to all stakeholders. • Approves and validate progress payments and work with FM departments and Finance to issue payments. • Provides close-out packages and all necessary information for complete and effective project turnover (As-Builds, Warranties, OMSI Manuals, Acceptance Certificates, etc. المهارات • Critical Thinking And Problem Solving Skills • Planning And Organizing • Decision-Making • Communication Skills • Influencing And Leading • Delegation • Team Work • Negotiation Skills • Conflict Management • Project Scheduling • Technical understanding of specifications and design drawings • Financial acumen • Adaptability • Stress Tolerance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required. • Project Management Certification or Equivalent.
