To get the ball rolling we need a thought leader who can look at the big picture and at the same time role up his sleeve to ensure the department is aligned to the business needs. If you have the ability to progressively work with a maximum degree of independence; exercise sound judgment; display a high degree of initiative, and manage multiple priorities, here is an opportunity to lead the teams as Head of HR. You would play a vital role in building the talent pipeline across the Saudi region, design, develop, and implement key human resources development initiatives. Primary practice areas will include Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Organization Development and Employee Engagement.

المهارات
As per the Saudi regulations, only Saudi Nationals can be hired for HR roles. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field plus a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource in manufacturing is highly preferred. Have an ability to effectively communicate and evaluate on a regular basis HR planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits strategies
