Senior Business Systems Analyst is expected to work with Facilities Management (FM) organizations, business services department. The main role of the senior business systems analyst is to look after all FM specialized business systems in terms of managing new FM systems projects, recommend new solution and technologies, process mapping, portfolio management, maintain the current existing systems/ solutions & develop different reports and operational dashboard for FM departments utilizing different reporting platforms.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
• 12+ years of experience in an IT business analytics role and business solutions analysis projects
• Demonstrated business analyst work with large scale applications that may include CRM and ERP solutions
• Solid foundation in project management methodologies
• Strong experience with MS Project and Project server
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in discovering customer business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience in SharePoint sites & InfoPath forms
• Experience in Microsoft Power Apps
• Excellent skills Power BI
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office
• Excellent skills .Net applications
• Excellent skill and experience in process modeling
• More than 12 years’ experience in the same field
Additional Requirement
• Approved experience in project management
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment
• Preferred certified Business Analyst
• Preferred Six Sigma Certified
