Training Plan Implementation:
Implements the training and development plan across SANS’ departments.
Manages the training schedule in coordination with line managers to avoid work-related conflicts.
Delivers regular reports to the Training Section Head regarding the training plan implementation.
Training Delivery:
Communicates the training schedule to employees and logs confirmed attendance.
Manages internal and external trainers based on availability.
Books training venues and manages setup based on the trainer’s requirements.
Monitors employee attendance and reports no-shows to line managers.
Training Evaluation:
Administers training satisfaction surveys after workshops and analyses resulting data.
Coordinates with line managers to follow-up on post-training deliverables and enable employees to implement what they learned at work.
E-Learning:
Communicates the addition of new courses to the e-learning system using a targeted communication plan.
Monitors completion rates of e-learning modules and coordinates with line managers accordingly.
Metrics & KPIs:
Monitors key training metrics (e.g. training spend rates, training completion rates, ROI, ROE, etc.) and report to Training Section Head.
Ensures that the training division is capturing the relevant metrics to enable data analysis.
