الوصف الوظيفي Conduct induction training and development programs to the newcomers to match the company’s requirements and to ensure their readiness for the operations. Accountabilities: Training Programs: · Implement the Induction Training Program for the new Pharmacists and Beauty Advisors through conducting field training and classroom trainings in the training pharmacies and the coordination with the Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain divisions to ensure the delivery of the theoretical/scientific information accompanied with the practice. · Update and develop training materials (knowledge, soft skills and admin work practice) based on the new beauty companies, updated knowledge...etc in order to match Nahdi requirements and product range. · Evaluate the Induction Trainees (Pharmacists or Beauty Advisors) through conducting exams, field training evaluation (prescription, product knowledge, auto see cases) in order to develop the required certificates. · Collaborate with the Mentors (Internal Trainers) through the communication of the induction training schedule, train them and analyze the data of training days conducted by Mentors and number of Pharmacists trained to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs. · Manage the transportation of the trainees from residence to pharmacies to ensure timely expenses payment as per the set budget. Corporate Social Responsibilities: · Support the universities to assess the students through conducting the needed exams, trainings and communicating the results as part of Nahdi’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). New Pharmacists: · Evaluate and participate in the allocation of the new Pharmacists through the collaboration with the Manpower Planning and Operations Excellence teams to ensure the best utilization of the pharmacies. · Request the e-mails and medical cards for the new Pharmacists and Beauty Advisors through the communication of the e-mail data to the Information Technology (IT) Division for access on TAYSEER system and the follow up on the issuance of the insurance medical cards with the Personnel Department to ensure the Pharmacists and Beauty Advisors readiness to operate. · Support the Talent Sourcing Department and Operations Division in the sourcing process through conducting technical electronic exams and interviews to ensure best talents selection. · Develop and update the electronic exams based on the business needs to ensure meeting Nahdi’s requirements.
