Main Job Purpose
Design, develop, analyze and manage all Omnichannel user journeys across digital channels including websites, mobile applications and other virtual touchpoints for both pharmacies and clinics businesses to ensure seamless and most up to trends consumer journey for Nahdi guests and patients.
Accountabilities
Managing User Experience across touchpoints
Oversee all User Experience activities across digital platforms for Nahdi Pharmacies and NahdiCare Clinics
Establish regular processes of analysis, design, development and implementation of User Experience changes and new solutions with stakeholders by divisions
Develop, implement and improve user journeys across all digital platforms for Nahdi Online and NahdiCare Clinics on KSA and UAE markets
Analyze current trends, look for best practices and benchmarks across the industry to identify areas of improvements for user experience in multiple digital touchpoints (ecommerce website, mobile applications, etc.)
Initiate UX changes across all customer facing digital platforms
Collect User Experience initiatives from multiple business units, provide business analyses and acceptance for them.
Manage Develop workflows and mockups to support new solutions implementation
Continuously analyze results and collect data to determine best solutions for Guest/Patient experience across all platforms to ensure efficiency and maximize conversion rates
Analyze existing cross business journeys with agreed online monitoring tools (NahdiCare Clinics and Nahdi Online) to design seamless and outstanding experience for Nahdi Guests and Patients
Project management:
Manage new initiatives for Omnichannel improvements to deliver additional value to Nahdi guests (planning resources, tracking delivery, reporting etc.)
Coordinate internal parties to collect relevant requirements from all concerned sources
Negotiate and supervise cooperation with external agencies to ensure best solutions are delivered on time and on budget
Oversee all testing activities to make sure new solutions are matching business requirements
Manage expectations and relations with all internal stakeholders
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
