Optical deployment resources with DWDM and OTN experience with Ciena , Nokia Infinera or Huawei Optical equipment, to work with our team in KSA and the ME.
المهارات
The role will be in the commissioning, installation, integration, and acceptance of optical transport equipment systems. They should be highly skilled and disciplined individuals who have expert knowledge of in DWDM/CWDM, and SDH, technical standards and applications. Duties will include: installation, implementation, configuration and troubleshooting, fault resolution, event management, event analysis / communication, UAT and final customer sign-off. Responsibilities also include contributing in customer operations meetings, working to resolve action items resulting from the operations meetings, interfacing and supporting technical partners/resellers and handling escalations from customers, account teams and technical services departments. Experience with Nortel would be a plus.
Candidate must possess excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills and technical knowledge of optical Fiber standards.
