We are looking for a Senior Design Architect, to perform all phases of architectural work including planning and designing. He will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The architect shall possess in-depth knowledge of the various Building Types; Hotels, Furnished Apartments, Commercial Complex, Mixed USE Buildings, Office and Residential Buildings.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as design architect.
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Excellent drawing skills in manual free hand sketching and familiarity with design softwares.
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
Minimum 15 years in building design experience
Very good knowledge in Middle East and Gulf design standards
Good communication and work management skills
BS degree in Architecture
Professional user of the latest software version of; Autocad, 3D Max,

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, fire codes, guidelines and regulations
Cooperate with the engineering team to ensure all the building requirement are being coordinated.
Awareness to architectural trends and advancements in building materials and specifications.
