Confirm orders in the four platforms (Daily)*
Send PO to suppliers & Document it
Fill Shipment Tracking sheet
Follow up with Suppliers make sure they deliver within 2 business days or less
Manage inventory
Update the stock in all platforms (Daily)
Make sure the customer receive his/her order on time
Maintain stock level, conduct regular quality check
Manage the operation of last mile delivery & coordination with service providers (FC, shipping companies…etc)
Prepare shipping documents & AWB for each order
Prepare orders for shipping (box, label..etc.)
