•Analyzing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the Vendor
•Coordinating with suppliers for the Pricing of the BOQ
•Estimating the Landed cost of BOQ
•Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying,
•Coordinate for payments with Finance Dept. and supervising all documents from supplier to ensure it’s all up to custom standard.
•Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
•Freight arrangements and Freight cost reduction activities.
•Coordinating with customs clearing process and providing required documents.
•Planning and arrangement of product delivery schedule to our warehouse or Jobsite
المهارات
5 to 10 years of experience.
Minimum Higher Diploma.
Proficiency in Project Costing Estimation of office furniture, Exporting office furniture, and Procurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for pricing purposes or any other equivalent furniture pricing program.
Budgeting, Cost Control, Furniture Delivery, Purchasing Contracts, Quotations, Logistics Management, E-Procurement, Furniture Ordering,
Furniture Inventory Control.
Should be able to move between Jeddah and Riyadh.
