Oversees the production operation and ensures that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
Follows the production schedule.
Sees to it that workers are adequately skilled and experienced to understand and follow correct production methods.
Identifying the need and raising the purchase request for all production materials and sees to it that these materials are stored properly at the factory.
Carries out trial castings, maintains updated design drawings for production.
Makes disposition of non-conforming materials and products from the factory and execute the necessary recasting and repair works.
At the time of job tender, assists in the assessment of the suitability of the project for production.
Sees to it that all the machineries and equipment are operated in the proper way.
In-charge for fabrication of moulds and steel reinforcement assemblies for products.
Overall responsible for the health and safety of workers working under his custody.
Performance indicators:
Concrete Reject & Wastage (Estimated Rate vs. Actual Rate).
Production Schedule (Target vs. Actual).
Total no. of Safety Days vs. ‘Zero Accident’ Policy.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum five (5) years working experience in the precast industry and out of it minimum three (3) years in the same capacity.
Ability to resolve problems.
