Key Accountabilities:
Making sure that Daily Production Targets are achieved Just-In-Time in a Cost effective manner and in compliance with Quality & Safety standards.
Executes direct instructions from Prod’n Engineers and see to it that workers are adequately skilled and experienced to understand and follow correct production methods.
Directly responsible for the health and safety of workers working under his custody.
Performance indicators:
Concrete Reject & Wastage (Estimated Rate vs. Actual Rate).
Production Schedule (Target vs. Actual).
Compliance with Quality & Safety Standards.
Total no. of Safety Days vs. ‘Zero Accident’ Policy.
المهارات
Preferably with Engineering background, or equivalent Technical knowledge & certifications.
Minimum five (5) years working experience in the precast industry and out of it minimum three (3) years in the same capacity.
Ability to resolve problems
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pay attention to minute detail and quality.
Initiative, adaptive, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work good in tight deadlines.
Ability to operate productively with other
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Clause 7.5 and 8.
In-depth knowledge of precast concrete production, quality control,
safety, concrete and concrete technology.
Ability to interpret complex production drawings.
