الوصف الوظيفي Job Purpose: To support IT projects operations and organizations to ensure Business expectations are met efficiently and with the right quality and budget. Job Responsibilities: Support the business getting call through different channels (Ticket from Service Desk (SD) system, phone call, SMS) for IT related problems. Support the application system for daily operations as per the business requirement and with accordance to his project manager Provide end user support including new users creation, manage access levels, and reset passwords etc. using proper ticketing system to adhere SLA with business. Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures and documentations which required for the daily application and data availability to the business. Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services ensuring that such problems are fully documented within relevant system(s). Communicate effectively acting as a key liaison with customers, team members and colleagues Adapt to constant business shifts by continuously observing related solutions to preserve organizational growth in serving customers effectively and efficiently To provide the necessary training, knowledge transfer by coaching and conducting training sessions for end users المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field Experience, Skills & Competencies: Minimum of 2 years of strong IT experience. Preferable Technical and Managerial Certifications (ITIL, OCP, PMP, OBIEE, etc.).
