الوصف الوظيفي • Maintain an open communication channels and professional relationships with all suppliers. • Provide a competitive offers and quotations throughout market prices. • Update the Purchasing system for any new or existing authenticated suppliers and items. • Issue purchase orders (PQs). • Maintain all items status by monitoring active and inactive stock keep units (SKUs). • Negotiate the suppliers’ offers and deals to provide the company with the best item quality and price available in the market. • Review purchasing request/orders and other related documentation to ensure proper completion of purchasing cycle as per company policies and procedures • Maintain a track of all suppliers’ contracts records to ensure the renewal when it’s due with saving targets. Process payments procedures and ensure proper documentation to pay suppliers on time. • Provide a professional service in terms of quality and speed to all purchasing department clients to maintain satisfaction. • Release suppliers’ payment memos and control the suppliers’ statement account. • Implement market survey to keep cost prices at a competitive level compared to the market price. • Generate periodic reports and present it to Line Manager. • Perform any other duties as assigned. المهارات Negotiation Skills Ability to Contractual Agreements with Overseas & Local Suppliers تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/household-buyer-4262221/ |
