• Manage & take proactive measures to ensure 24*7 availability of business applications & communication throughout the locations. Manage the inhouse & cloud Infrastructure & DC.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap for up gradation to new technologies Align with organization business vision.
• Recommend best suitable technical infrastructure, Implement project selection methods and risk analysis for major IT infrastructure projects
• Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and services.
• Develop technical strategy, Capacity planning, Change Management, Availability, and Proactive service for infrastructure, connectivity and hardware components.
• Analyse vendor licensing models and cost scenarios of alternative options to determine optimal licensing and deployment strategies
• Administration & management of Network equipment’s, site connectivity and network traffic.
• Administration & management of Server Administration, IT security and back up.
• Install, configure, and manage Business application Server, communication devices, switches, firewall and network at all sites.
• Enable stable and problem free communication (Data & Voice) to business users.
• Manage and optimize installed Switches, Access points, Routers & Remote Site Link, ensure connectivity and operations by 24x7.
• Support business users as per the SLA terms to achieve optimum satisfaction, Ensure business users satisfaction by quality customer support / assistance.
• Ensure complying support services with department KPI’s and measures.
• Follow ITIL best practices to support the incident management.
• Enhance the execution skills of the team, discipline and support services within the organization’s portfolio.
المهارات
• Recognized professional qualifications such as bachelor’s in computer science or Diploma in Computer’s, Certification in Cisco & Microsoft.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in IT Technical Service Delivery
• Experience in Data Centre Operational Support & management.
• Experience in virtualizations (VMware & Hyper V), Microsoft Azure, AWS or cloud operation.
• Experience in Network architecture, designing, implementation & Management for multiple sites.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills Remotely and Via Phone.
• Hands on experience on Servers (Dell, HP), VPN, routers, firewalls and switches.
• Knowledge of Cisco Products, routing policies, defining zones and security
• Knowledge of multiple IT environments of business applications and operating systems
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise backup systems and applications as, Veeam etc.
• Knowledge of sizing for Hardware and Network requirement.
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, ability to work with teams and business users & problem-solving ability.
• Good English is a must. preferably good Arabic as well
