Director of Operations & Business Development (Pharmaceutical)

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Director of Operations & Business Development (Pharmaceutical Distributor) for their client in Saudi Arabia.The role reports to the group CEO and requires the candidate to plan, implement, setup and lead a pharmaceutical distributorship from scratch. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical distribution business in Saudi Arabia, of which a minimum of 10 years must be in a leadership role (reporting to the CEO) at a large local or multinational distribution company within Saudi Arabia.Candidates without the above relevant number of years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry in Saudi Arabia would not qualify for this vacancy.

Salary : SAR 50,000 plus family benefits (salary is negotiable, based on the relevant experience and expertise of the candidate)
