Provide advice and opinion to the Management on all legal issues.
Ensures that the business’ rights are protected, either through preventive and remedial action or, in the event of disputes, legal action in close teaming with
the external Attorney.
To provide legal opinion regarding legal issues arising within the company and providing expert solutions so as to minimize risk and streamline operations.
Preparation of legal documents, Lease agreements, Sale agreements…etc. And any legal documentation necessary for the business requirements.
To provide solutions to labor law matters & represent the company if required.
Coordinating and monitoring administrative functions to ensure completion of work accurately and within established time frames.
Assembling information & maintaining records of cases handled by the appointed external law firm.
Skill in interpreting applicable laws, regulatory policies & procedures, case laws; legal search, Identify, manage and mitigate risk and strengthen business support.
Understand and implement corporate guidelines with right to legal services and statutory compliance.
Understand & provide guidance on Intellectual Property Rights.
المهارات
Saudi National Only.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
Experience in Labor Law.
Drafting contracts and legal documents.
Analysis of risks of Terms and Conditions.
Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken in Arabic is mandatory.
Knowledge of English both spoken & written will be an added advantage.
