Supervise the efficient purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing, safety and security, pricing, merchandising and advertising to accomplish pre-determined targets in achieving high business profitability, control expenses and high gross profit margins.
Supervise the implementation of the established credit sales criteria of parts business of the company by preparing a comprehensive scheme covering sales targets, customer satisfaction, GDI and manpower requirements to improve sales.
Support the conduct of feasibility studies for the parts business and recommend to management on areas of key importance like sales strategies, pricing strategies and manpower requirements to align with the business objectives.
Assist in the negotiation with center parts department on pricing strategies and ensure profit margins continue to be high and are not affected by frequent changes in sales and cost price by instituting control measures.
Supervise the support staff by ensuring that all necessary technical trainings are imparted to them in coordination with qualified training institutes to improve their skills and thereby increasing productivity.
Supervise the daily operations across the parts department and compliance to established processes, optimal deployment and utilization of manpower by ensuring efficient management in improving the sales revenue.
Support the key internal and external clients i.e. retail and internal, fleet and parts brokers in increasing the sales target through the implementation of company approved sales strategies.
Monitor all reports and operational activities on a regular basis to ensure that activities are within the approved plan and any process deviations from plans will be corrected immediately and corresponding alternative actions will be installed.
Supervise the year end stock taking activities and ensure that they are performed as per laid down processes and are completed on specified time to avoid delay in the delivery of parts to the end-users.

الإشراف على تنفيذ معايير مبيعات الائتمان المحددة لأعمال قطع الغيار للشركة من خلال إعداد مخطط شامل يغطي أهداف المبيعات ورضا العملاء ومتطلبات القوى العاملة لتحسين المبيعات.
دعم إجراء دراسات الجدوى لأعمال قطع الغيار والتوصية للإدارة في المجالات ذات الأهمية الرئيسية مثل استراتيجيات المبيعات واستراتيجيات التسعير ومتطلبات القوى العاملة للتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
المساعدة في التفاوض مع قسم أجزاء المركز بشأن استراتيجيات التسعير والتأكد من استمرار ارتفاع هوامش الربح وعدم تأثرها بالتغيرات المتكررة في المبيعات وسعر التكلفة من خلال وضع تدابير رقابة.
الإشراف على موظفي الدعم من خلال ضمان تقديم جميع التدريبات الفنية اللازمة لهم بالتنسيق مع معاهد التدريب المؤهلة لتحسين مهاراتهم وبالتالي زيادة الإنتاجية.
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية عبر قسم الأجزاء والامتثال للعمليات المعمول بها ، والنشر الأمثل واستخدام القوى العاملة من خلال ضمان الإدارة الفعالة في تحسين إيرادات المبيعات.
دعم العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين الرئيسيين ، مثل وسطاء التجزئة والداخليين ، ووسطاء الأساطيل وقطع الغيار في زيادة هدف المبيعات من خلال تنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات المعتمدة من الشركة.
مراقبة جميع التقارير والأنشطة التشغيلية على أساس منتظم للتأكد من أن الأنشطة ضمن الخطة المعتمدة وسيتم تصحيح أي انحرافات عملية عن الخطط على الفور وسيتم تثبيت الإجراءات البديلة المقابلة.
الإشراف على أنشطة جرد نهاية العام والتأكد من تنفيذها وفقًا للعمليات الموضوعة وإكمالها في الوقت المحدد لتجنب التأخير في تسليم الأجزاء للمستخدمين النهائيين.
