Job Description • Play a significant role as a technical-commercial consultative advisor, in team-up with the Account Manager, in the creation, the presentation and negotiation of non-standard technical feasible proposals in order to fully cover the customer’s or prospect’s telecom and business needs and in line with his in-life customer experience expectations, with the focus on the right balance between the chances to close the deal and the capabilities to deliver the solution. • Analyze, define and qualify the customer needs during the sales cycle using Solution Selling Methodology. Translate these needs into a high qualitative and customized proposal. Take care of the business cases of complex projects. • Be the quality gatekeeper for the customer experience during and after delivery by having the solution validated by the right departments concerning content, budget, timing and in-life support of the project. Hand over all information towards the Business Solution Delivery Manager, Customer Service Manager and, where needed, towards in-life support teams during an internal kick-off after contract signature. Follow up of ongoing implementations and take corrective actions related to pre-sales subjects (internally and/or towards the customer) if needed. • Report customer feedback on services and pricing as well as customer needs and market evolution towards the Marketing department.
