الوصف الوظيفي
⦁ التخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه والرقابة على موظفي وعمال الإنتاج والإشراف التام على مدخلات وعمليات ومخرجات العمليات الإنتاجية.
⦁ الإشراف الكامل على مدخلات ومخرجات العمليات الإنتاجية وتطبيق معاير وإجراءات الجودة المعمول بها في الشركة وتوثيق العمليات الإنتاجية.
⦁ تحديد الاحتيجات من الموارد البشرية اللازمة للعمل في قسم الإنتاج والمشاركة في اختيار العاملين في القسم وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لكل فرد وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم على العمل، والمشاركة في عملية التقييم للأفراد.
⦁ التأكد من تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في المصنع.
⦁ متابعة أعمال الصيانة في صالة الإنتاج من قبل المختصين ورفع التقارير بشأن الصيانة أو استبدال المعدات الغير صالحة.
⦁ تقييم سير عمليات الإنتاج وإجراء التغييرات اللازمة التي تهدف إلى تحسين نوعية الإنتاج وتقليل الوقت والجهد والتكلفة.
⦁ تقديم التقارير بكل ما يتعلق بسير العمليات الإنتاجية والانجازات والاخفاقات إلى الإدارة العليا.
⦁ Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production personnel and workers, and fully supervising the inputs, processes, and outputs of production processes.
⦁ Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes, application of quality standards and procedures in force in the company, and documentation of production processes.
Determine the needs of the human resources necessary to work in the production department and participate in the selection of the workers in the department, determine the training needs of each individual, train them and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.
⦁ Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied in the factory.
⦁ Follow up the maintenance work in the production hall by the specialists and submit reports regarding maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
⦁ Evaluate the progress of production processes and make necessary changes aimed at improving product quality and reducing time, effort, and cost.
⦁ Submit reports on all matters related to the progress of production processes, achievements, and failures to the senior management.
