Help the HR Technology & Analytics Team on a number of projects.

Work on SAP Fieldglass Required Modules:

• Contingent Workforce. Expert in configuring and supporting activities in the areas of supplier / Buyer, Workflow, Financial Data, Worker (Job Posting, Approvals, Timesheet, Invoicing), Rate Structure, System configuration.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing
• Excellent problem resolution skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related course of study. • Strong analytic skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and outstanding interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal) • Ability to work closely with business and technical users of all skill levels is needed (must be able to manage user expectations effectively)

Experience
• 3 years’ hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass
• Hands-on experience with other HR ERP systems (SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
