Conduct dispatch operations of freight to our truckload, expedited and power only carriers

Handle service-related issues and problems that arise such as delays, cancellations, and detention

Execute timely and profitable bids on available shipments

Maintain profits through strategic negotiations

Handle shipment quoting

Cover available loads

Send dispatch documents to vendors

Prepare accurate bills of lading

Track and trace shipments

Input/update various files and information into database

Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again

Ensure quality of all services and processes within the department
