The Senior SAP SLCM Consultant will work closely with the Registrar’s Office and other stakeholders and technical SAP people to evaluate and re-design current business processes as they migrate to S4/HANA.
They will devise a strategy for migration that will result in a blueprint of all existing, new and improved processes. They will analyze and define business processes and needs across Registrar’s Office and Graduate Affairs in a complex system landscape with different systems. The systems they create will be able to share data between different systems e.g. SAP Enterprise Portal, Fiori, PeopleDoc Hobsons, Slate and mobile apps)
• Analyze existing processes and produce a plan that re-designs and streamlines processes to that will serve students
• Develop a plan to improve systems and processes as the data is migrated to S4/HANA
• Devise a system that will take advantage of relevant new capabilities in S4/HANA such as Fiori
• Define priorities and scope for implementation during the migration process
• Collaborate with internal customers to define processes and system enhancements and improvements
• Run design process workshop that will result in greater efficiency and less complexity
• Participate in process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for and appropriate localization for vital processes

• The ability to create a strategy that looks at existing processes and to create a blueprint that will re-design, streamline existing processes
• The ability to work with business process stakeholders and technical staff to translate processes into technical briefs
• An advanced ability to communicate and to form sound working relationships with various audiences including professional colleagues, and other departments;
• Ability to develop clear, actionable steps and manage projects work requires excellent analytical, communication and organization skills, with a customer-first mentality;
Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment; to work under deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
Experience:
• Experience in migrating to S4/HANA
• Board experience of SAP business processes & functions
• Understanding of Integration technologies and processes across the S4 landscape
• Experience of data migration and data structures in S4
