Trains and supervises staff.
Ensures all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
Works closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
Implements appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
Maintains safe working conditions.
Follows company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
Audits inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
Plans menus by consulting with chefs, estimating food costs and profits, and adjusting menus.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; and ensuring high quality of preparation.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

5+ years of hospitality-related experience.
Transferable Visa is a must.
