Experience in finishes and repairs, including construction, design, architectural drawing, electricity and air conditioning.
Prepare the building diagrams and timetable for the project, taking into consideration the internal coordination and the external environment.
Able to determine the projects target.
Able to make time frame.
Able to determine the resources.
Able to breakdown projects (WBS).
Able to determine the budget of projects Developing work plans from the beginning of the project until its completion.
Preparing tables of quantities.
Ability to manage an entire project.
Follow-up and supervision of the project in all its stages.
Auditing and checking contractors’ works.
Review the abstracts for the projects.
Final review of the project and ensuring delivery as agreed.
Create a new and attractive idea in architectural designs.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in architectural engineering.
7 years or more of experience in implementing finishes + experience in civil, electrical and health works.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to control project workers.
Demonstrate effective personal skills in the work environment in terms of the ability to devise solutions and come up with creative ideas.
Experience in engineering programs and designs (PRIMAVERA – MS OFFICE – AUTOCAD).
Good English language skills.
