Job Description and Requirements
Leads diagnosis and repairs systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as
well as an understanding on time and material requirements. Seeks clarification and technical support where needed andescalates issues as appropriate.
Under general supervision, installs, starts up and commissions systems in line with defined regulations, standards andprocesses.
Understands and analyzes relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams,psychometric diagrams, etc.
Develops positive customer relationships, ensures pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer’s equipmentand systems status and of work completed
May act as on site project leader and provides technical coaching to less experienced service team members andcoordinates on site work activity for highly complex and multi person jobs. May include overlooking activities ofsubcontractors.
Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
Meets regularly with customer to becomefamiliar with operating problems and reach full understanding of customer needs.
Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
Conducts somewhat complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning under general supervision.
Interfaces directly with client to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
