Job Responsibilities & TasksDuties include but are not limited to Coordinate with the Consumer Relations team regarding conducting market research projects to develop new insights in order to sustain or improve the development/continuance of Brand Profile and Architecture. Follow up on the realization of product development projects working with R&D;/Technical Dept. guided by the Brand Manager to execute the approved Brand Architecture and the 3-5 year product plan. Propose new/innovative product development ideas to extend the brand vertically via new SKU’s or horizontally into new categories to meet target market share objectives. Initiate competitive product testing (lab analysis and internal/external panel tests) and evaluation activities that define gaps and opportunities to devise a suggested action plan in order to ensure that the product is on target consistent with brand positioning. Follow-up on consumer complaints working with Manufacturing and Quality Control to ensure satisfactory resolutions. Coordinate the different activities of assigned continuous product improvement projects in order to meet quality and cost objectives. Make sure that the product specifications are met throughout his various activities, in order to maintain consistent quality products that meet consumer needs and the set target performance. Propose new/innovative promotional tools, on-line initiatives, marketing events, and PR plans in order to build a strong consumer relationship to achieve brand growth objectives within the allocated A&CP;budget. Coordinate the execution stages of approved packaging graphics projects working with the creative teams and suppliers in order to meet the set timelines for the product launches. Work closely with the Brand Manager in setting Brand Development Plan Follow up with the Customer Marketing units to ensure timely execution of price fishing audits. Analyze Retail Audit Reports (AC Nielson, Key Accounts … in order to monitor brand market share, and track competitive moves, changes and propose corrective actions to meet growth objectives. المهارات 4.1 Education & Experience Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, MBA is a plus. A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in FMCG. Must have at least 2 years with a solid track record Preferably, with Marketing related certification. 4.2 Competencies Profile (Refer to competencies mapping) 5.
