Job Purpose:
Will be responsible for assessing all the existing processes within Warehouse Operations, searching for best practices, innovative processes and implementing them across the region in a standardized way. Such implementation includes scheduling and change management activities, creation of documents, training the team and monitoring for compliance.

- Assess existing processes, drawing the existing flow, listing the activities and mapping possible gap and improvement points.

- Benchmark for best process practices internally and externally.

- Search for different energy saving and loss prevention options.

- Create/Update processes, validating them with all stakeholders.

- Define the scope of work for hiring new warehouses and new Built-to-suit projects.

- Define the warehouse maintenance management process and its procedures.

- Act as project manager for new Built-to-suit Warehouses and TSP Projects.

- Managing Distribution Digital Platforms implementation and maintenance.

- Supporting the decision making process by providing monthly,weekly,daily visibility on Logistics Performance.

المهارات
-Bachelors’ degree in Business, Engineering or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer Skills – Office and SAP.
- Complex thinking, gap analysis and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Change Management, Business Process Management and Project Management certifications would be considered an asset.

-Willing to travel 70% of the time

-Minimum of 3 years of project management and/or Logistics and Operations process development experience.
