OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading trading company in Saudi Arabia. They import and manufacture commodities like four, wheat, coffee, and others.
They are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible to develop, originate and lead Human Resources strategies, practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment, retention and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the lead role in the formulation and delivery of the HR strategy and key long- term employees objectives.
Develop the Organizational Structure, Grading System and Table of benefits
Coordinate with other Executive Managers and Departments’ Managers in making recommendations to the management for needed changes or additions to HR policies
Develop and Maintain a manpower plan & budget that supports the Company strategic plan
Implement the manpower planning process in order to recruit, train, and move into production the required numbers of employees
Plan and lead the implementation of the performance appraisal
Identifying training resources (training modules & materials) necessary
Develop and implement an employee communications program, which will encourage open discussions to emphasize such issues as training, safety, and productivity
Responsible for following up and advise other managers & supervisors in handling employee related matters
and other HR related work.
المهارات
Must be SAUDI NATIONAL
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Master’s degree will be preferred
At least 10 years of experience in a similar field
At least 2 years in managerial level
Relevant industry experience is preferable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
Capabilities of leadership and team management
