Senior PMO

الوصف الوظيفي
A PMO with experience as Technical Project Manager is required to manage IT Projects from inception, execution to closure.

Hands on experience in all PMO functions and specially:

• Excellent in Scheduling Planning using MS project including resource leveling

• Experience in managing Change & Risk and placing mitigation plans

• Competent & experienced in creating Risk Register, Project Charter & Communications plan

• Clear hands on project management capabilities

• A degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Should have:

· Highly organized & able to successfully multitask under pressure with multiple demanding stakeholders

· Excellent leadership abilities, enforce deadlines and lead teams in a collaborative teamwork environment

· Progressive and analytical thinker with ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

· Accountable with Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Self-starter and able to solve problems under pressure

· Adaptive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

المهارات

• Current PMP Certification

• Experience in building Project Plans from scratch

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in IT Project Management

• Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Experience in large scale, complex projects with multiple work streams
