المهارات
o More than 5 years in the medical affairs function in the pharmaceutical industry with broad expertise in medical & experience with regulatory and/or safety risk management issues.

o Past Experience of working in Medical Affairs function

o Understanding of the local health environment & knowledge of the relevant and applicable local and regional Codes of Practice, SOPs, regulations and guidelines

o Knowledge of pharmacovigilance & regulatory legislation and how it impacts product portfolio

o Proactive, pragmatic, flexible person with excellent leadership qualities, strategic thinking, communication & presentation skills

o Fluency in English; Fluency in local language. 

o Ability to work successfully with cross-functional staff in a team setting

o Analytic and organizational skills in managing, interpreting, and presenting clinical and marketing data, for regional assessment

o Ability to communicate, develop, and manage collaborative relationships with external academic institutions, co-operative groups, and medical professionals

o MD is a requirement; other advanced clinical degree a plus

o Ability to travel through the region is a requirement.
